My name is Justine and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma accredited with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am a full member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), The Complementary Health Professionals and fully insured. I am based in the Brighton and Hove area (Patcham) and offer Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Facial Reflexology and Zone Facelift treatments in my therapy room.

My first passion in life was dance and music. I was very lucky to have a career in this sector for a number of years before finding my next passion Reflexology. I first discovered reflexology when I was looking for help with my auto immune skin condition psoriasis. I wanted to find a way to learn to relax and de-stress and reflexology offered both. I was so impressed by the therapy and the relief that it brought to my skin that I decided to train as a reflexologist. My treatments are tailored specifically to you and you will recieve a full consultation before your first treatment. Reflexology is my favourite holistic therapy and I believe greatly in the benefit it provides. I am passionate and motivated to help people feel good in their body and their minds.
