My name is Justine and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma accredited with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am a full member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), Complementary Health Professionals and fully insured. I am based in the Brighton and Hove area (Patcham) and offer Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Facial Reflexology and Zone Facelift treatments in my therapy room.

Since I was 16 years of age I have suffered with Psoriasis. Over the years I have tried a number of complementary therapies to help reduce inflammation and alleviate the harsh symptoms of this auto-immune disease.  The only complementary therapy that seemed to help with reducing stress and inflammation was Reflexology. Reflexology was a way for me to learn to relax and de-stress and it offered both.  I was so impressed by the therapy and the relief that it brought to my skin that I decided to train as a reflexologist. My treatments are tailored specifically to you and you will recieve a full consultation before your first treatment. Reflexology is my favourite holistic therapy and I believe greatly in the benefit it provides. I am passionate and motivated to help people feel good in their body and their minds.
